Mozzarella Sticks.

Pkg of spring roll wraps. I got these at the Chinese market, but most stores should have them.
2 eggs cracked and beaten

Bread crumbs i used a little at a time this way i didn't waist any. Put about c. 1/2 in a bag.

Tbs w/ bread crumbs

On this i didn't measure because i love this spice, I just eyeballed it in my hand, Make sure a to wake us you are putting it in the bread crumb mixture that you kinda rub it in your palm to wake up the herbs so more flavor comes out.

I did enough to coat the pan, now you do not have to use a pan you can use
a deep fryer just make sure your temp is about 325. Stoves very i would practice with one
to make sure it isn't going to cook so fast and burn.
I used a block of mozzarella because that what i had, but you can use the already made sticks or shredded.

Pull apart the wraps carefully they are delicate place your cheese by the corner pull the corner over the cheese and roll a couple of times bring in the corners. *Make sure your corners are folded well or you will have tons of oil inside*

Use a little bit of the egg on the last corner to seal it so it doesn't come open.

Give the wrap an egg wash so there wet enough for the crumbs.

Give the bag a shake tell well coated.
Make sure your oil is hot, I get a pinch of bread crumb and drop it in and if it starts sizzling I know its ready.

Cook tell golden brown.
I don't know any marinara recipes, but i found regular spaghetti sauce works.

Bon Appétit

Worcestershire Steak.

Tonight's dinner is Steak and Zucchini. I bought sirloin steak that's what was for sale at my store and i used a marinade that read Worcestershire steak sauce and i then added a little garlic salt and pepper and poured it into a Ziploc shake it to coat all the meat and set it aside to marinate.
I then started worked on slicing my zucchini into fry strips.
Preheat oven to 450
cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick
bread crumbs
Parmesan grated
1 egg
I dont use measurments so you kinda have to eyeball it. If you like parmesean then add a lot of that and vise versa with the bread crumbs coat zucchini in egg then coat it in the bread/Parmesan batter place on cookie sheet and cook for 20 to 25 min or until golden brown.

Mean while back to the steak heat your pan lay the steak in and pour some juices on top of the steak, cook steak to your desire me 4 min on each side.

So yummy.
You could do a salad and garlic bread if you wanted.
To add more flavor or make it more of a romantic
setting. Hope you enjoy. :D
