I was so excited do this dish.

Michael set this meet in the fridge for 5 days to soak in dressing seasonings and so forth.
This is what it looks like after sitting in the fridge for while this is basically what we want so we knew this was ready.

Get the coals hot and put the wood chips on this is was is going to give the Pastrami the nice smoke flavor & Smell

Rye bread, Pastrami, Swiss Cheese, Stone Mustard, thousand Island Dressing
& Sauerkraut.
