AHHHH this movie is imposable to find. My friend Angela was talking about this movie and how she never could find it so Dunnananan TADA Jordann to the rescue well here i was thinking i saw that movie over at walmart so i thought this would be a good movie to give to her for Christmas sense i didn't know what else to get her. Well i went to walmart today and it WAS NOT there. :( i looked around everywhere and it was not there. NOW what am i going to do i don't even know where to look to find it and i cant order it it wouldn't be here in time. Anyway so i had to post this cause it looks like it is a cute movie and everything. It does have johnny in it. :)

BABY!!

So Friday last week Chris's friend April had her baby Shiloh. So we headed up to the hospital to see them. When we got there i got so baby hungry it was like let me hold her, let me at her, and when i did get her i didn't want to give her back, but of course i did give her back. Kayden loved seeing the baby he is going to make a good big brother one day. He was so gentle with her that he even held her all by himself it is as if he is ready for this he knew exactly where to hold her. He wants a baby so bad i think he can even taste it. What else is cute .... after we were heading out of the hospital they have this fountain in the lobby so Chris handed Kayden a few coins and told him to make a wish and even though he was trying to be as quiet as possible we totally heard him say That *I wish for a baby* we asked him what he had wished for and he said "if i told you then i would have to eat you" So there does it we will never know what he wished for well that's what he thinks anyway. Well i just had share this with you.

That time of Year

Yes sirs and mams it is that time of year when those darn leaves fall from the SKY and you have get out the rack and start making piles so your kids can come out and jump in and make a big mess so you have take make another pile. HUM!!! I LOVE THIS TIME of year. normally we would have this done in November, but sense Utah weather is some what on the weird/extraordinary side there were still leaves in are tree at the end of November finally the last leaf fell, and out the door we went.

Yes Kayden had to jump in this pile unfortunately, but we had fun i wish i had a tripod so i can get pictures of the two of us Chris is not a camera person so there went that idea.

He is such a good helper, how could we do anything without him. :)

So I'm sorry it has been awhile sense i have posted something. I have been kinda busy. I have been to the doctors a lot lately Don't worry I'm fine My body just has not been working like it is supposed to and Chris and I worried that it was something serious :) but I'm on medication and everything should be fine hopefully the back pains will go away now I just have to be VERY CAREFUL sense breast cancer runs on both sides of my family. (FYI Shannon when Hallie gets older she might want to get her exams early sense it does run on both sides of my family. :) Anyway i think I'm back in the groove of things now I HOPE!!!
So Saturday Nov 19Th As some of you know i have a wonderful open adoption with the Swensen Family. I would post her blog on here, but i don't know how to do that thing that most of you know how to do where you can have there name put in the post and you can click on it and it takes you directly to their site. Any who So i wrote Shannon an E-mail telling here that all of us Birth moms needed to get together and meet each other and have lunch with her and the KIDDOS.
Shannon has 3 Kids through adoption. Abbi's, Hallie, and there new addition Korver. :) So we set a date and ate at olive garden.
I love it when i get the chance to see Hallie who would of thought that one person could give a child everything they ever needed. Hallie has a Mom a Dad an older sister and now a younger brother i couldn't of asked for anything better. Hallie is set for life and on top of all of that they are nice enough to let me come see her sometimes. It is a lot of fun and just so exciting to see how much all the kids have changed and grown.
Shannon dresses both of the girls so cute i just love it and want to still all of her ideas. WOW I'm totally just rambling. Well i had a good time i love seeing Shannon and Hallie and Abbi this was the first time i got to see Korver so i was really excited about that.

This Potty Thing!

This Potty Thing Has got me all sorts of going crazy why is he doing so badly. Its like all the sudden these episodes just started from the middle of know where and I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND IT!!!! ?
He has done so good (i mean good as in 2 years so good.) He went when he needed and then WHAM now he keeps going potty in his unders.
BLAH I have tried the bribe thing and that worked for like 2 or 3 days and i mean i did a good bribe he could go shopping for whatever toy he wanted that was under hundred dollars if he would just go without having an accident for two weeks like i said he did good for a few days and then it all happened again. i even told him the toys that he has been asking for, for Christmas he could get now and he got all sorts of excited but like before he lasted for a few and then it was like all interest was gone and yet he still sees these toys on T.V and says i want those and the only thing i can say is STOP GOING in your pants. I mean yelling at him isn't going to do anything that's only going to make matters worse cause if you yell then they are going to be scared to come to you and tell you even though he doesn't tell me anyway, but still I'm not going to yell. Spanking is not the answer that just makes them scared of you and you don't want your kids scared of you ya know. Putting him in the corner when he does naughty things works, but its not going to stop him from peeing. I could send him to his room, but that is used for his bedtime and if i keep sending him there he will never want to go in there again.
ERR i just want to go hide in a corner and never come out i cant stand the smell of settled pee *settled cause he never tells anyone he did tell i notice that he keeps scratching at himself.* it makes me want to vomit!!!!! There cloths stink and sometimes even after washing them you still can smell it so you end up throwing away the cloths and buying new ones. This is so frustrating I'm running out of ideas here and i was on some site that said you should discipline them and i find that is SO totally wrong how is discipline going to work?. There is something going on for them to pee there pants like this especially if they had not had any accidents for 2 years a kid doesn't move forward and then start going backwards. HELP ME.

So have you been in this situation before? What did you do? Do you know someone who had the same problems?

THE VOTE!!

Who would of thought that voting would be so STRESSFUL. You are pretty much leaving everything up to 1 person to handle Billions of Americans for 4 years. YIKES!!! And who's to say that WHAT IF something were to go wrong?
Today i went to my machine and i stood their for a good 30 min while everyone is waiting ever so patiently I'm sure these people knew what they were doing and who they are going to vote for, but nu huh not me i had no clue this being my first time to vote i have no clue what I WAS doing up there i felt as if all eyes were on me...... as this old lady next to me was wondering if she gets to vote about the gay marriage cause she is against it and getting all made because they didn't add that on the ballot. WOW i mean this woman was like 70's. So as I'm standing there debating on weather to vote or not, is this the right decision? Well this guy says this this this and this the other guy says this this and this so i put my finger on one and pushed the touch screen and then touched next and then i sat their for another min and find myself touching the BACK button and changing my mind. OOH This is going to be a toughie so you know what i closed my eyes put my fingers so they looked like a peace sign and whatever one i touched first WELL that was who i voted for............ Kidding i would hate myself if i picked the wrong one so i had to go back to all the T.V times and think again of who i wanted seriously to have for my president so i finally made my vote touched next and then there was another page WOW I'm thinking to myself I'm never going to get out of here so i read everything did what i thought was best and HIT print ballot. OH Gosh what if i did something wrong.????


So tell me how did your experience go with the whole voting thing, and the machines, knowing tat people are behind you waiting to make their votes? Remember don't tell anyone in this comment who you voted for. We don't someone coming along and read your comment and know who you voted for and turn around they voted for the other guy and now are going to hunt you down we don't want that. :) So just tell me who you feel when voting? I'm curious as to know if I'm the only one that thinks this way.

TRICK~oR~TREAT Smell my Feet.

So i just threw something together and this is what i got. Kayden and I both went as vampires for Halloween. We started early in the day so that way the kids are not walking in the dark. Which i think now a days is the best thing to do seeings how everyone wants to get rid of all their candy so they are not up tell 10 at night hearing TRICK~OR~TREAT while banging on the door in hopes someone will answer. :)

Chris and I couldn't go, but sense they live right by Chris's sister and we were hanging out there we decided that we would stop by and say Happy Birthday. Kaydens Costume/ Halloween school party :)

So Kayden's preschool class had a Halloween party. They got to dress up and everything, have a parade through the school lots of fun. :) This was his first Halloween Party/School party. So it was exciting to see him having fun. :)

He was not willing to take this picture, but finally i bugged him enough he looked. :)

Looking out the Window.

Do you ever just sit at your window wondering what all is happening in the world?

You hear it on the news, but do you ever just wonder?

You sit there and look at the trees and wonder what it would be like... to be a tree outside for every good, bad, and awful day.

Have all of these leaves and then BAM bare naked in winter cold, or just stare into the sky and wonder if there really is life on other planets or ALIENS just cruising through space without a care in the world.

Look at houses up on the mountain tops and wonder how people can afford those big houses? Imagine that you are in one of those with a bathroom that has a nice huge tub in the middle of the room with wife and husband showers.

A deck that goes all the way around the house with B*E*A*U*T*IFUL view, A pool big enough for all your neighbors on the block. A kitchen that any house wife would dream of.

Then sitting on your laptop you look out your window agian and come back to reality and realize you are you are day dreaming again and hear your son yelling mom mom mom *sorry son was not all there.* So your still sitting there looking out the window and your neighbors are moved out cause they couldn't afford their house payment so now you have no one to talk to, but yourself.

Then you get to thinking this might not be a big house on the mountain tops, but it is a house that my family can start in, so you go next door to talk to the landlord and tell him you are interested in this home and he tells you how soon you want to get in... then life comes at you fast and you remember your trying to fix your credit so you can get in home. So you have to explain to the guy how much of a lame ass you are because you might not qualify for the loan, but you are ready to move, and then you stand there waiting for him to say something like *well i think I'm might have someone else move in* just so the landlord doesn't feel guilty kicking you out of the way so he can finish getting the house appraised* but instead says we can work something out. Are my ears hearing right did you just say you can help and would like for us to move in YAHOO!!! i think there is a light at the end of this dreadful tunnel.

So you call your loan officer and tell him about this house that is next door to your moms and that you really want to get into it and again you are waiting for the DENY part of the conversation, but OH MY GOSH he tells you "How about we try and get you into this home in 45 days" he tells you what you need to do and like lightning i was on it like no other.

Is there actually something good happening in life?.....(mom mom can i have a snack) Nope cause you just woke up from day dreaming out your window and realize that you were playing everything out in your mind hoping that this how it will happen back to reality back in your moms house, watching the computer screen and that line that keeps blinking at ya waiting for you to write more..............but what else is there that you can say? Things happen for a reason, and tomorrow I'm going to talk to that landlord and see what we can do, because living with mom and having a husband and son living in the same house as your mom is not working out at all.

*There is light at the end of every ones tunnel, everyone day dreams, thinks and wishes* Eventually the good things that happen to bad people will some day happen to the good. :)

Kaydens School Birthday party.

Kayden had a Birthday party at School today so last night after we put Kayden to bed we went to Walmart *No Kayden wasn't home alone :)* and went and bought some stuff for a goody bag. *Dots-Halloween popcorn balls-bubbles-and spiders.* I love it when Chris helps me with projects. He makes it so much more fun when doing it. :)
So he just had to be in the pictures so here is the before picture. :) As you can see there is a lot. He has between 25 and 30 kids in his class just depending on how many are absent.
FINISHED it only took about an hour to do them so not to bad. :)

Cute little baggies. Chris and i Both got to go to class with him today. Chris liked going, he says he will take a few of my co-op days for me. So I'm guessing he likes being in the class with all those kids.

Kaydens Birthday!!

This was the BEST DAY EVER!!! Kayden's birthday was on a really good weekend and everything worked out perfect. October 18Th was Kayden's birthday in the morning we woke up and went to Wheeler Farm they had a scarecrow fest thing there for the kids, they got to pick a pumpkin, make a scarecrow, and go on a wagon ride. This was a fun activity i loved it the most cause he wasn't bored and wasn't asking every 5 min if it was time for his birthday yet. :) Looking for a pumpkin. :) He was trying to find the best one..

Love the way had the kids decorate them, last year it was with paint this worked out a lot better.

THE ZOO

We got to go to the zoo. :) they were having some kind of thing going on so we got to go to that. :) Saturday October 25Th they are having a zoo spook thing so if you live in Utah this might be something fun to do with the family. :)

Kaydens Party.

So this is where we finally had the party. AT CABELAS who would of thought a hunting/sporting goods place would have birthdays there. :) i had my IFFS about this i didn't want it to turn out DUMB and then Kayden feel disappointed, but it worked out great it was a lot of fun. Chris brother came and it is hard to get him to come to family innings just cause he is stubborn, but it was nice to see his family there and enjoying time with Chris's family. :)

What to do when you dont know what to do.

So Chris and I for the first time in along time have been stuck at home with not knowing what to do!!!! Kayden is gone to his grandmas for the weekend. It is a lot better to have your kids around then you have excuses to be goofy and do the kid stuff you know. I have realized that when you are dating you can do some fun things you know, but when you meet someone who has a kid/or get married and have kids it just isn't the same as when you were dating. If your kid/kids are not around you just don't know what to do its as if you are lost without them. So this is what i am going to do..... post a comment of things you would do if you didn't have your kids or if you don't have kids what do you do when you go on dates!!!! I want to know what you do. Maybe this will give Chris and I some ideas for the next time we get stuck at home. :)

Best Husband Ever!!

So sense Kayden started School Kayden and I have been getting up earlier then usual and making breakfast for all of us which we don't do very often. Kayden Chris and i before school started we all would sleep in tell 11 i know BAD!! but that's just how it was so we missed breakfast and had lunch. anyway so this time on Friday sense Kayden doesn't have school i got to sleep in. So without me knowing it Chris woke up before me and decided that he was going to make me some breakfast sense i would make it before, so he went and bought an electric skillet from bed bath and beyond so he could fry potatoes and make some french toast. I was supposed to stay in bed so he could bring it to me, but i had already gotten up, but it was really cute... I love this guy he is so sweet to me and WOW I'm glad i married him. Chris works hard and even though he works nights and it gets hard sometimes he still wakes up early in the morning to take Kayden to school with me, and spends the day with me before he goes back to work. HUM if that isn't love i don't know what it is.

Circus

So every year well sense i met Chris we have gone to the Circus. I love going, well sometimes i mean some of the stuff is kind of boring. What ever happened to circuses being outside? Wait were they ever outside? Wow i guess that tells you the last time i went to one when i was younger. Well anyway this year we were........ ALL!!!! the way at the top of the Energy solutions Arena YEAH!! kind of scary because i felt like if i went to look down i was going roll off and fall down to the next level on top of people. ~I know SCARY! ~ Well as you know I'm still alive and kicking and did not fall of the top level.

Before the Circus started you could go down to the floor and see a pre show. :) it was fun. *go get the autographs see the clowns and watch Kayden run from them* i tell you what Kayden is scared of them that's for sure.

Can you believe i paid $10 bucks just for a snow cone in an Elephant cup??? :O I know i could of went to 7-11 and got 7 or 8 SLURPEE'S for that price. oh well a smile on that kids face is all it took for me. :)

This was the est part the ending. When they had 8 bullet bike drivers in one cage driving around & around & around. I was just waiting for something to happen. *Luckily nothing happened. *

CornBelly's Corn Maze.

On Saturday we went to Thanksgiving Point i love this place they always have cute events going on and the place just really pretty, all i got to say is if you live in Utah or you are visiting this is a good place to go if they have events going on or if you want to take pictures. :)

They had the cow ride i was to big for this ride unfortunately, but Kayden liked it. :) it is kind of like the hay ride but only its cows being pulled by a tractor.

I love this guy its a no wonder i married him. SHWEET.

They had 3 different mazes there one for the kiddos they had a David Archeleta corn maze *Yes the maze was made to look like David Archaleta although if you wanted to see it you had to fly in the plane.* and of course the HAUNTED MAZE OOOO scary. This place was alt of fun. I cant wait to go to more corn mazes i just love whole getting lost thing and walking around to find a way out *i know I'm weird*

Kaydens 1st Field Trip

So we have all been to the zoo before, but i mean when it is your first field trip who cares. :) So as you can tell Kaydens first fielt trip was to the zoo. Chris and I both got to go with Kayden and his friends Nickolas. The two of them were paired together so we only had to watch two kiddos thank goodness. I dont know that i could handle more then that. I ENVY teachers who have the whole class. :)

I FOUND A HOBBY

So i went over to my friends the other night and she has been making necklaces and bracelets So we decided to let the boys play and we would do some beading. :) It was a lot of fun so anyway i made these two. i want do more. I think i found out at i want to ask for Christmas, :) i want to start beading. Any who just thought i would share this with you, if you ever get a little bored and want something to do try making something. :)

Well i have a few friends that i like and i don't really just have a best friend so i don't want to hurt any ones feelings, but just so everyone knows i am friends with EVERYONE :), and if i leave you out i dont mean to it was not like i ment it.....

*Amber: She is so sweet, and even though we got mad at each other a few times, and didn't talk *which i think everyone gets that sometimes as friends* she was there when i was down, i feel that if i need someone to call or just vent she is the first person i would go to, besides my mom. when she needs someone to talk to im there for her if she calls me. :) When we hangout it is not this awkwardness between us we get along so well and are boys love to play together. I love going over to her home it is just relaxing and always good to just sit there and talk. Although her husband is a WEIRDO HEHE kidding Amber. We both have BIG BOOBS and can relate to the back pain HEHE. This girl is Awsome and well im glad that Chris and Amber were friends cause now i gained another friend and i hope that we are the kind of friends that get old and still are friends i want my kids to be jsut as good as friends like i am with Amber. XOXOX

*Shannon your the best not only cause your Hallie's mom or I the birthmom, but because whenever we are seen with each other people ask are you sisters and i love hearing that. You have this personality that i fell in love with when i read this profile at the LDS family services and i just knew that no one could be a better mother than you. And every time i see pictures of you and your family i want to cry because i never knew that i could fall in love with a family so much that i never knew before.... until now i cant get enough of it i cant help but brag to people about you guys and how wonderful you are. Shannon your the best.

*Kat we have been friends sense we were little kids..... that fought over who was going to be NALA in lion king. :) and even though i moved away to Missouri and we were separated we still talk to each other to this day. We might of fallen a part a little bit even now, but we still check up on each other.

Wedding Pictures.

So i am finally getting the wedding pictures up YAY! They turned out wonderful the photographer was well WONDERFUL she had about 25min to half an hour to take all these pictures, cause everything was running behind in schedual and she WAS GREAT!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM. Hope you enjoy looking at them as much i do. I cant wait to get the pictures Shannon took as well. HUM I'm so excited.

Fall Picture Day.

So every year we go take family pictures up in the canyons for fall, unfortunatly the leaves have not changed yet, so they are not much of fall picture, but they did turn out nice and we had lots of fun. :)
