My Hallie is going to be turning 4 this Saturday. I cant believe that 4 years ago i placed her to the Swensen Family. It feels like not even a few months ago she was just a little baby i took home with me for like a week and placed her with this wonderful family i could never even think to replace.
Hallie:
We picked your family because we knew they would love you,
We met them when you were inside me.
You & I fell in love with them from the min we walked in the door.
When i thought of them you kicked me to tell me you were excited about them too.
On Sunday you were ready.

The doctor laid you on me.
When i first saw you i cried,
when you're little hand scraped against my cheek i weeped.
When i first heard your cry i cried.
When i first held you, we stared at each other for what seemed like an eternity.
When i took you home with me we fell in love.

When i handed you over you're mom and I flooded in tears,
We hugged and held you closer than close.
When they left with you. You were gone. While you were gone i missed you.
When i got to see you i shined.
When you hug me i hug just as hard or not harder
you call me your Jo Jo i love my nickname.
When you make a funny face i laugh.
When i get a phone call from you i smile from ear to ear.
Hallie:
When you get hurt just no i may not be there to kiss them better,
but your mom gives double the kisses from me too.
Hallie- when you were inside me you came to me in dreams,
& told me what i needed to do. I made my promise to you.

I dont know what else to say. I dont know you but you seem amazing. I dont know your daughter but I have fallen in love with her through their blog. She is beautiful and very lucky to have a mommy and a Jo Jo.
